CARIBBEAN PEAS AND RICE
2 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 cup Birds Eye frozen Green Peas 1 cup uncooked instant rice 2/3 cup water 1/4 cup orange juice 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves salt and pepper (to taste)
Cook bacon in medium saucepan over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until rice is tender and heated through, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
