TINY CHOCOLATE SOUFFLES
"Tender, moist, full of chocolate flavor and ready in a snap."
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 cup) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels 4 eggs 1 egg white 1/3 cup milk 1/4 cup sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed Confectioners’ sugar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Melt morsels over hot (not boiling) water, stirring until smooth; remove from heat.
In blender container or food processor bowl, combine eggs, egg white, milk and sugar. Cover; blend or process until smooth.
With blender or processor running, add cream cheese cubes with blender lid slightly ajar or through the processor feed tube. Cover; blend or process until smooth. Add melted morsels. Cover; blend just to combine.
Pour into six ungreased 6-ounce souffle dishes or custard cups.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes or until knife inserted near centers comes out clean. Lightly sift confectioners’ sugar over tops of souffles; serve immediately.
