Granola-Yogurt Swirl Bars
1 3/4 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 2 eggs 1 (8 ounce) carton plain yogurt 1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips 2 tablespoons water 2 cups Nature Valley granola (any flavor)
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease pan, l3x9x2 inches.
Mix flour, sugar, margarine, vanilla, salt, baking soda, eggs and yogurt on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly, 2 minutes. Spread in pan.
Heat chips and water over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Spoon chocolate over batter; sprinkle with granola. Cut through batter with spatula several times.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool; cut into bars, about 2 x l 1/2 inches.
