CUMBERLAND SAUCE
3/4 cup currant jelly 1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Mash currant jelly with a fork in small saucepan.
Add undiluted concentrate and remaining ingredients. Heat and stir until mixture smooth.
Serve hot or cold with chicken, duck, or game.
