ORANGE SHERBET
1 cup evaporated milk 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate* 1/2 cup sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt
Chill evaporated milk in freezer tray of refrigerator until ice crystals form around edges.
Turn into chilled bowl and whip with rotary beater until stiff.
Combine undiluted orange juice concentrate, sugar and salt and add 1 tablespoon at a time, whipping until very stiff.
Turn into freezer tray and freeze until firm.
*Tangerine or limeade concentrate may be substituted for orange juice concentrate.
