PEANUT BUTTER NIBBLES
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups Rice Chex cereal 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal 1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Heat peanut butter with butter in 13x9x2-inch baking pan in oven until shiny and soft (about 5 minutes). Remove.
Stir in salt until mixture is smooth. Add Chex. Mix until all pieces are coated.
Heat in oven 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Add raisins. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
