BEEF STEW

chunks of beef round
favorite herbs
1 cup hot water
2 tbsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses
lots of carrots, potatoes, onions (cut for stew)

First, brown the meat, then simmer in 1 cup hot water plus 2 tbsp. Brer Rabbit Molasses until tender. Add vegetables about 30 minutes before meat is done.
