ALOHA CHEESE BALL
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese, softened 3 tbsp. Kraft Cold Pack Blue Cheese 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 tsp. chopped candied ginger 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese 1/4 cup milk 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese 6 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled 1 tsp. grated onion 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce coconut (for garnish) pecan halves (for garnish)
Combine 8 oz. softened cream cheese, Blue cheese, pineapple, nuts and ginger, until well-blended. Spoon into 1 quart mold. Chill.
Combine 3 oz. softened cream cheese with milk until well-blended. Stir in shredded cheese. Add bacon, onion and Tabasco sauce. Spread over first layer. Refrigerate overnight.
TO SERVE: Unmold. Garnish top layer with coconut and pecan halves, if desired.
