Recipe: Cake Mixes without Beating (Waring Blender Cook Book, 1958)

CAKE MIXES WITHOUT BEATING

Place in blender container, all liquid called for on cake mix package plus eggs if needed, and about 1/2 of dry cake mix. Cover, blend smooth, about 20 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients, stir well with spatula, cover, blend 1 minute more.

Bake as directed on package.

Note: Smaller packages, or 1/2 package, may be blended in one step.

Yield for all recipes: 1 generous serving
