FAVORITE FLAVOR ICE CREAM
1 cup cold milk* 1 cup cold heavy cream* 2 tablespoons sugar 1 package (4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding (any flavor)
Combine milk, cream, sugar and pudding mix in bowl. Beat slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer just until blended, about 1 minute.
Pour into shallow pan and freeze until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
*Or use 2 cups cold milk instead of 1 cup each milk and heavy cream.
