CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP1/8 of a medium onion
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup celery pieces
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Place onion in Sunbeam Blender; cover and process at Chop.
Saute mushrooms and onion in butter.
Put remaining ingredients into Blender; cover and process at Mix until smooth.
Add mushrooms and onions. Process at Chop until mushrooms are finely chopped.
Pour into saucepan and cook until thickened.
Makes 4 servings
