CRANBERRY DREAM SALAD

1 cup heavy (whipping) cream
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 (1 pound) can whole cranberry sauce, cut up
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sugar
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, quartered
3/4 cup walnuts
Lettuce

Place cream in Sunbeam Blender, cover and process at Whip.

Remove to large mixing bowl and add pineapple to cream.

Put cranberry sauce into Blender; cover and process at Mix until smooth. Add mayonnaise, sugar and cheese and continue to process until well blended. Add nuts and process only until chopped.

Fold into whipped cream and pineapple. Pour into tray and freeze.

To serve:
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes and turn out on lettuce. Slice.

Makes 8 to 10 servings
