PAT'S PASTA
3/4 lb Rotini pasta 6 Green onions; sliced - or 1/2 Red onion; thin sliced 1 Red pepper, sweet 1 Green pepper, sweet 1 Yellow pepper, sweet 10 Black olives; sliced 1/4 cup Lemon juice - or vinegar 1/4 cup Olive oil
In a large pot of boiling, salted water cook pasta til just tender. drain. Toss with onions, peppers, olives, lemon juice or vinegar, oil and salt and pepper to taste. SERVES: 5-6 |
