DILLED CRAB SPREAD
1 cup crabmeat, flaked 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup sour cream or plain nonfat yogurt 1 teaspoon dried dillweed 2 green onions, including some tender green tops, finely chopped 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Dash of Tabasco sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
