CHICAGO-STYLE HOT DOGSFOR EACH SERVING:1 Vienna beef hot dog, steamed or charbroiled
Poppy seed hot dog bun, steamed
Plain yellow mustard
Bright green sweet pickle relish*
Chopped onions
1 dill pickle spear
Several cucumber slices
2 fresh tomato wedges or slices
2 sport peppers
Celery salt
Place hot dog in bun and top with mustard, relish, onions, pickle spear, cucumbers, tomatoes and sport peppers. Sprinkle lightly with celery salt and serve immediately.
*Any sweet pickle relish can be substituted.
