EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA BBQ SAUCE1 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Combine all ingredients and let stand at least 4 hours, preferably 4 weeks!
