APRICOT-YOGURT SMOOTHIES1 (16 oz) can unsweetened apricot halves, chilled and drained
1 (16 oz) carton vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Ground nutmeg (for garnish)
Combine first 6 ingredients in container of an electric blender, and process until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Garnish each serving with ground nutmeg sprinkled over top.
