CHEESEBURGER CASSEROLE 2 pounds lean ground beef 1/2 green or red pepper, chopped 1/2 cup onion 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 cups elbow macaroni noodles 1 cup fresh mushrooms
Cook beef until brown. Add onion and peppers.
Bring noodles to boil. Drain.
Mix all ingredients and spread in an 8-inch by 12-inch baking dish. Top with mushrooms.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until mushrooms are crisp and cheese is melted through.
