ITALIAN DRESSING

1 1/2 cups salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon oregano

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at Lo until thoroughly blended, and onion is finely chopped.

Makes 2 cups
