LOW-CALORIE SANDWICH SPREAD

1 cup low fat cottage cheese I small garlic clove 1 tablespoon fresh or freeze-dried chopped chives 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in blender container or food processor and blend until smooth. Chill.
Store, covered, in refrigerator.
