BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 lb. sausage 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent roll dough 1 cup frozen potato O'Brien, thawed 1 cup grated Pepper Jack or Monterey Jack cheese 5 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Cook sausage until brown and drain fat.
Separate dough into 8 triangles. Place in an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust. Seal perforations. Spoon on sausage, sprinkle with potatoes, top with Jack cheese.
In a separate bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 30 minutes.
