Fresh Fruit Dip Yield: 6 servings
1 egg (beaten) 1/2 cup sugar 1 tbsp grated orange peel 2 tsp grated lemon peel 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 pt whipping cream (whipped)
Combine all ingredients except cream in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat 5 minutes until thick. (should be very thick!) Cool well. Fold cooled ingredients into whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruits, strawberries, bananas, pineapples, etc. |
