ANGEL HAIR PASTA WITH CILANTRO,
SUN DRIED TOMATOES AND FETA CHEESE

8 oz. Sun Dried Tomatoes, coarsely chopped and approximately 2 tbsp. olive oil, in which they are packed
8 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
1 bunch fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
4 oz. angel hair pasta, cooked

Combine tomatoes, feta, and cilantro and set aside.

Cook pasta according to directions; drain.

Toss pasta with the tomato mixture. Serve warm or cold.

Serves 4 as a side dish
