EGGNOG CHEESECAKE
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon brandy or rum extract 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 NILLA Vanilla Wafer Pie Crust Prepared whipped topping and ground nutmeg (for garnish)
In large bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, egg, extract and nutmeg until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake at 300 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or just until set. Cool completely. Chill for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve garnished wit whipped topping and a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
