GARLIC CORN
1/4 cup butter, softened 1 tbsp. chopped green onions 2 crushed garlic cloves 2 ears corn
Combine butter with green onions and garlic. Spread 1 Tbsp. garlic butter on each of 4 ears of corn; wrap in foil.
Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven 30 to 35 minutes. (Or cook over hot coals, turning occasionally, for 20 minutes.)
