SPARERIB CRISPS
3 pounds pork spareribs 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs 2 teaspoons seasoning blend
Cut spareribs in serving-size pieces. Cover with water. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Drain well.
Roll ribs in flour, then dip in beaten egg and roll in a mixture of the bread crumbs and seasoning blend. Place in a shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 400 degrees F oven for 1 hour, turning once after 30 minutes.
