Bok Choy Salad
1 cup salad oil 2 tablespoons soy sauce 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 2 pkg. Ramen Noodles, broken up 1/2 cup sunflower seeds 1 cup almonds (or walnuts) 1/2 pkg. Ramen Noodles seasoning mix l large Napa Cabbage or Bok Choy, cut up small 1/2 red onion, sliced (not diced)
Brown Ramen Noodles in small amount of margarine. Add seasoning mix while browning. Mix first 7 ingredients together. Tear cabbage into bite-sized pieces and add onion. Toss and serve. |
