5 avocados
5 green chilies, diced (substitute jalapeņos for hot taste)
1 lime (Juice of)
3 long green onions/chives, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons salsa
1/2 teaspoon dill
Garlic salt (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
2 tablespoons sour cream, or enough to make desired consistency
Slice avocados (discard the pits).
In a large bowl, combine avocados, diced chilies or jalapenos, lime juice, green onions or chives, salsa, dill, garlic salt and salt. Add sour cream last to determine the thickness.
Makes about 4 cups
