FOOLPROOF SWISS STEAK
2 tbsp. flour 2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes 2 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 to 1 1/2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place flour in 1 large (20x14-inch) oven cooking bag. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Add tomatoes, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper. Stir to blend in flour.
Using meat mallet or rolling pin, pound beef 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick. Cut meat in 4 pieces. Arrange beef in even layer in oven bag. Spoon sauce over beef. Close oven bag. Vent bag as package directs.
Bake in preheated oven 45 to 50 minutes until beef is tender.
Remove from bag carefully, because of steam.
