Strawberry Pie
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8oz.) container Cool Whip
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 graham cracker pie shell
In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, vanilla and sugar. Beat for at least 4 minutes with mixer. Fold in strawberries and put in pie shell. Put in refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours before serving.
