Chocolate-Covered Frozen Bananas
Makes 8 chocolate-covered bananas

4 bananas, peeled, cut in half crosswise
8 popsicle sticks
1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips

Put a popsicle stick into flat cut end of each banana half. Place on cookie sheet and freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Melt chocolate chips in skillet over low heat or on low in microwave. Roll frozen bananas in melted chocolate to coat; put back on cookie sheet and return to freezer. Freeze until chocolate is solid (about 15-20 minutes). When frozen, wrap each in plastic wrap and store in freezer until time to serve.
