Tijuana Coleslaw

1 medium cabbage -- finely shredded
2 tbl chopped fresh cilantro
2 carrots -- peeled and shredded
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbl fresh jalapeno -- seeded and minced
1 tbl chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 small onion -- thinly sliced
1 small red pepper -- thinly sliced
pitted black olives -- optional

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro and carrots. Blend mayo with sour cream until creamy. Add next 6 ingred. to mayo mixture. Fold gently into cabbage.
Garnish with olives if desired.
