Dear Diane, thank you for pointing out that there is a topping that Susan Branch included with the recipe. I think that Debbie probably makes the cheesecake without the sour cream topping and uses pie filling or chocolate sauce as she suggested in her post. In any case, I add the topping from the cookbook to Debbie's post as an optional addition. Thanks again and happy holidays!
