Here is the best meatloaf I have ever tasted and refuse to make any other kind. Hence the name "Best Ever Meatloaf".
Meatloaf: 2 eggs 2 tsp salt 3 slices bread, crumbled 1/2 cup shredded carrot 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef 2/3 cup milk 1/4 tsp pepper 1 onion, chopped 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (old)
Glaze: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp prepared honey mustard 1/4 cup ketchup
Mix meatloaf ingredients together and pat down into a loaf pan. Mix glaze ingredients together and spread on meatloaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350F. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. |
