This has a softer consistency than the old style meatloaf that took a meat cleaver to cut. Try it - you'll like it.
1 lb. hamburger 1 egg 1/2 diced medium onion 1 cup crushed soda crackers 1 can tomato soup, divided in half salt and pepper
Smush together hamburger, egg, onion, cracker crumbs, half of the soup, and, salt and pepper; put in medium casserole, pat down.
To the remaining half can tomato soup add: 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp prepared mustard
Spread on top of the meat mixture. Cover and bake 45 min to 1 hour at 350.
