Anytime Fruit Salad

24 ounces cottage cheese
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (6 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin mix
2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained

Blend together the cottage cheese, whipped topping and gelatin. Add the oranges and pineapple; mix well and refrigerate until chilled.
