Cranberry Nut Bread (bread machine)

4 oz orange juice
1/4 cup butter
1 large egg
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp grated orange peel
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup coarsely chopped cranberries
1/2 cup chopped nuts (i use pecans)

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Measure orange juice, butter and egg into the bread pan. In a medium mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cranberries and nuts. Add this mixture to the bread pan. Add the cranberries and nuts. Set on the setting for quick breads.
