Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Wraps

grilled chicken breast
grilled corn
grilled mushrooms (we prefer portobello)
olive oil
slivers of grilled red & green bell peppers
pinch of finely chopped cilantro
Parmesan cheese
salt
Wrapping bread (pita or tortilla)

Brush the chicken and vegetables lightly with olive oil before grilling. Cut into slivers and wrap in bread brushed wil more olive oil. Serve on platters so everyone can roll their own.

Serve with a side salads of
romaine lettuce sprinkled with a little Italian salad dressing, Parmesan cheese and Italian croutons....wonderful stuff!
