This idea is stolen from a the Rainforest restaurant, but I make it at home and my family loves it.

pita pocket
mayonnaise
sliced turkey breast
romaine lettuce leaves
onion
whole berry cranberry sauce

Brush inside of pita bread lightly with mayonnaise Add sliced turkey breast, romaine lettuce. Cut the onion into very, very thin sliced onion rings (quite important to taste, but little slivers of sauteed onion rings would probably serve the same purpose) and add. Roll up and serve with whole berry cranberry sauce on the side. Even my cranberry sauce haters say this is necessary.
