Pretzel Salad
Crust: 2 C. crushed pretzels 3/4 C. melted butter 2 T. sugar
Middle: 1-8 oz. cream cheese 1-8 oz. Cool whip 1 C. sugar
Top: 2 C. boiling water 1-6 oz.pckg. strawberry jello 2-10 oz. pckg. frozen strawberries
mix crust ingredients. press..and smooth down Bake 400--8-10 minutes. Make sure it's completely cool Blend cream cheese cool whip and sugar..until spreadable. spread over crust. seal all edges. Topping. Dissolve jello in boiling water..add frozen berries(keep frozen) until broken apart. pour over cream cheese mixture. refrigerate.
