Easy Cherry Chocolate Cake

3 eggs
1 pkg supermoist devil's food cake mix
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
1/3 cup veg oil
1 pkg instant pudding and pie filling

Heat oven to 350F. Grease and sugar the pan(13x9x2-inch) beat eggs in large bowl, stir in cake mix (dry), cherry filling and oil until blended. Spread in pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until done. The surface of the cake will be bumpy. Cool completely

Prepare pie filling as directed on pkg for pie. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until thick. Spread over cake. Store covered in refrigerator.
