My Grandmother's Recipe ....extremely easy. Only difference is that I use the food processor to make them with. Makes a wonderful noodle for homemade chicken and noodle soup.
3 cups all purpose flour 3 eggs 1 tbsp. salt
Put all in processor and feed cold water in until forms stiff dough. Roll out on floured board to 1/8-inch thickness and cut in 1/4-inch strips. Allow to dry. Can be placed in ziplock bags and frozen till needed. |
