Chocolate Marshmallow Slices From: KellyWA
1/2 cup butter 2 cups chocolate chips 6 cups miniature marshmallows 1 cup finely chopped nuts additional chopped nuts
Over a double boiler, on low heat, melt butter and chocolate chips, stirring until blended. Cool for 5 minutes. Stir in nuts and marshmallows.
On wax paper, shape mixture into two 7 inch rolls. Wrap in foil and refrigerate about 20 minutes. To coat rolls, roll in additional chopped nuts. Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Cut into slices.
