Newsgroups: rec.food.recipes/Dave Heath

1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt

Blend egg and milk until bubbly. Add flour and salt and blend until smooth. Pour into well-greased popover pans, or muffin tins.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature, and bake for 10-12 minutes more, or until golden brown.
