Welbilt Raisin Bread (bread machine)

1 pkg dry yeast (regular)
2 cups bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon [ground]
1 tbsp dry skim milk
1 tbsp butter
1 cup (minus 1 tbsp) water
1/2 cup raisins

Assemble the machine and pour the yeast into the inner pot along the edge, then add the remaining ingredients, except the raisins, carefully adding the water last...

Select MED on the indicator, close the top and press start...

When the electronic timer beeps 10 times, lift the lid and add the raisins.
