Homemade Boursin Cheese From: Joyce,.CA Combine 11 ounces of softened cream cheese, add 1/3 cup sour cream OR 2 tablespoons half and half, with 1 teaspoon EACH of seasoned salt, garlic powder and parsley. Refrigerate overnight and serve with your favorite crackers.
I like to put it in a small tub that has been VERY LIGHTLY SPRAYED with Pam for easy removal, and then turn it out onto a bed of fancy lettuce for serving.
