Spinach Squares

A friend brought to a Housewarming party at my house 5/4/91 - I have folks that don't like spinach to love this

4 oz butter
3 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 lb grated Monterey jack cheese
4 c spinach or 3 boxes frozen (thawed/drained)
3-4 Tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp Italian herbs
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Mix all ingredients and put into 9x15 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven 35-45 minutes or until center is cooked.
