Orange Cookies

These are really good

2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 tsp. baking powders
1/2 cup shortening
juice and grated rind* of 1 orange.
1 tsp. baking soda
5 1/2 cups flour

Mix and drop from spoon.
Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees about 12-15 minutes.

Icing:
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. butter
juice and grated rind* of 1 orange.

Mix. Put on cookies when cool.

*only grate the orange portion of the orange rind.
