Nestles Quik Brownies

2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
5 heaping tablespoons Nestles Quik
1 cup water
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix sugar, flour and Nestles Quik Bring water, margarine, and oil to a boil add to dry ingredients and beat until creamy. Mix milk, baking soda and eggs together well. Bake in a greased and floured 13x9x2-inch pan for 35-40 minutes at 350 for cake like brownies For a thinner more chewy brownie bake for 20 minutes in a greased cookie sheet that has sides.

Frosting
4 tbsp Nestles Quik
6 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp sour milk
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar or enough for desired consistency of frosting
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Bring margarine, Nestles Quik and milk to a boil add remaining ingredients and beat well until creamy spread on cooled brownies Delicious
