Baileys Almond Cream
• 2 parts Baileys • 1 part amaretto • 1 part cream Shake with ice and serve sprinkled with nutmeg.

Baileys Banana Yum
• 2 tsp (10 ml) Baileys • 1 pint (570 ml) milk • 1 banana Mix all ingredients in a blender and pour into a long glass.

Baileys Chocolate Nougat Cocktail
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Godet White Chocolate liqueur • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Smirnoff vodka • 2 tbsp (30 ml) condensed milk • 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped nuts • 1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed ice Mix all ingredients in a blender until slushy. Pour into a glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry and shaved chocolate.

Ultimate Mudslide
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) Baileys • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Sheridans • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vodka Serve over ice with cream.

Toblerone Cocktail
• 1 tsp (5 ml) Baileys • 1 tbsp (15 ml) coffee liqueur • 1 tbsp (15 ml) white Creme de Cacao • 2 tbsp (30 ml) hazelnut liqueur • 4 tbsp (60 ml) cream • 1/2 tsp (2 ml) honey Blend together and pour.
